Parent Support Sessions
Online or telephone | Adults | 1 hour | £50
Therapeutic coaching sessions offering practical support for late-diagnosed adults or those supporting neurodiverse children.
These can be booked as one-off sessions or regular bookings depending on your individual needs.
Created for parents who are supporting children who are unable to access education, experiencing life-changing anxiety or waiting for a diagnosis. I recognise that trauma doesn’t just affect the young person - it can ripple through families, especially when systems feel inaccessible, inflexible, or blaming. This is a place for you to express your worries and find ways to cope with supporting a child who is struggling, whilst maintaining your own wellbeing.
For those who may have experienced a lack of support and parental blame, this space is for you to share your fears or sense of life spiralling out of control, for you to be heard, understood and validated.
You may be navigating family judgment or misunderstanding, feeling scared for your child’s future, or carrying your own exhaustion and burnout without the support you need. I’m here to hear your story, validate your experience, and support you through it.
You may also have recognised your own neurodivergence after your child's diagnosis, and you might be trying to understand how this shapes your sense of self while also advocating for your child and supporting them through crisis.
Together, we can explore your experience and the impact it has had on you and your family. I aim to help you find hope and to hold onto the truth that it won’t always be like this.
